WE ARE SEEKING FOR ASSOCIATES AND ANALYSTS
The ideal candidates for this position should have a strong academic background and relevant experience. This includes:
- A GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher from a top university, either in Turkey or abroad
- A graduate degree (MBA/MSc/MA) or an undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, economics, or a related field, with a focus on accounting and finance courses; or an undergraduate degree in one of these fields
- Previous experience in investment banking or related fields, such as transaction services, private equity, corporate finance, or business development is a plus.
WE EXPECT OUR NEW MEMBERS TO
- Analyze financial and operational data of a wide range of companies
- Actively contribute to the marketing and execution of transactions
- Research new areas for business development and support marketing efforts
- Prepare information memoranda and presentations
- Participate in the due diligence process and contract negotiations
